Relocating to a new city can be very stressful! We supply complete housing support during your relocation. We give you all the comforts of home, while you are trying to decide which area of town is best to settle down in. Staying in one of our turn-key suites located in luxury apartment communities, privately owned condos, or single-family homes means you have time to “try out” the city before making permanent decisions.
We work directly with you and/or your relocation counselor to ensure a smooth transition with the perfect solution for your temporary accommodation. We haven’t figured out how to make relocation completely stress-free yet, but we do offer you a home-away-from-home ambience with a fully stocked kitchen where you can prepare a home-cooked meal to make it a little more comfortable!

COMPLETE FURNISHINGS
All of our accommodations are fully equipped. Our guests do not need to worry about finding a bed to sleep in, what couches to buy, or a nice dresser to store clothes in. We have all that ready for you!
COMPREHENSIVE HOUSEWARES
We want our guests to feel as relaxed as possible, so to make things a little less stressful we stock all of our rentals with majority of the household items one may need. Silverware? Check. Pots? Check. Pans? Check. Cups? Check. We’ve got it all covered for you!
HIGH-SPEED INTERNET SERVICE
To make sure our guests are provided with only the best, all of our rentals are fully equipped with high-speed internet. If you need to work remotely or just want a quiet movie-night in, we have you covered!
TELEVISION AND EXPANDED CABLE TV
We furnish every living space with a television and expanded cable package. Clients will have access to all local broadcast stations plus 30-50 more channels. You won’t miss out on local events or the news back home.
FULL-SIZE WASHER AND DRYER
We also make sure there is a washer and dryer unit in every rental space. No need to look for dry cleaners or laundromats on our watch.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
For those that like to cook, all our kitchens are fully equipped with several appliances (fridge, oven, microwave) to ensure a home cooked meal is possible.
ALL UTILITIES
All utilities within the unit are included (electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash). We want to streamline the process for you in any way that we can.
