Our housing programs take a custom approach to the challenge of controlling costs while ensuring employees receive an excellent standard of accommodation and comfort while living temporarily. We are committed to providing top-notch, luxury service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including most of the same services and amenities that you would find at a resort hotel, plus much more!

Cookware

Our rentals include all the household products you would come to expect in your own home, from pots and pans to silverware, dishware, flatware, bakeware, and cooking utensils. Our furnished apartments also include small appliances and added housewares like a toaster, coffee maker, mixing bowls, can opener, food storage containers, and dish towels.

To complete that “at home” feel, all our rentals have a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchens in our units include a microwave oven, stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. 

All Utilities Included

All utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash) are included in the price of our units, so you don’t have to worry about multiple bills, or price fluctuation.

HIGH-SPEED INTERNET SERVICE

Many of our clients need to work from home, so all rentals are equipped with high-speed internet.

Cable TV

Every home is furnished with a television and cable package including local broadcast and expanded channels.

Washer & Dryer

Laundry in the comfort and convenience of your home away from home.

Housekeeping

We provide deep cleaning services (including surfaces, baseboards, floors, and all appliances.) We also perform basic cleanings, such as surfaces and small appliances, including microwaves, toasters, toaster ovens, and floors. (Available at an added charge.)

VALET GROCERY DELIVERY

Our goal is to supply a home away from home, from the amenities you expect, to the food you love. Upon request, our valet grocery service will pick up and fill your fridge and pantry with the groceries of your choice prior to your arrival. (Available at an additional charge.)

MORE SPACE

While the average extended stay hotel room is only 250 square feet (about twice the area of an apartment bedroom), our average accommodation spans a roomy 950 square feet. We also offer family-friendly locations with an extra bedroom and bathroom, there’s no need to worry about bringing along your furry best friend.

We take pride in intimately getting to know the areas we serve. We build relationships in each city to ensure that you feel comfortable in your new temporary home. We guide you to the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment in each area to make your transition as easy as possible.

Our cleaning team goes the extra mile to better serve our community, we’ve expanded to more than just corporate housing. We partner with Maid 2 Perfection Cleaning Services to service apartments, houses, condos, townhomes, and more. We will work to find a suitable time for you to ensure all your needs are met.

CLEANING SERVICE DETAILS

We perform full service deep cleans including surfaces, baseboards, floors, and all appliances. We also perform basic cleanings, such as surfaces and small appliances, including microwaves, toasters, toaster ovens, and floors. We also, wash and dry our customer’s linens, change sheets and wash the dishes upon request. Whether you want weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or a one-time clean, we have you covered. Need an estimate? Our price quotes are free! We are more than happy to meet you at your place of residence for a socially distanced, COVID safe, walkthrough quote, or give you a quote over the phone. Our full-service cleaning team doesn’t charge per square footage. Alternatively, we charge by the size of the home – 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed/2 bath, 3 bath, etc., to help provide carefree and easy to understand service quotes.
