We use your W9 to verify your company’s credit and establish payment terms for your reservations.
Depending on your company’s profile, you’ll be offered a few ways to pay for your corporate reservations. We allow payment by credit card, check, ACH transfer, and wire transfer.
Once you upload your company’s W9, our team will review it within 48 hours and email you our decision. You can begin booking reservations after approval.
Yes, each occupant will go through a background check to ensure no criminal history. There are no credit checks or income verification required for corporate occupants.
Yes we do. We want to make your temporary housing experience as convenient and as seamless as possible. We provide a virtual key with-in 24hrs of your arrival.
